Kimberly Valencia is a Paralegal based in the firm’s Menlo Park office. She brings diverse legal experience to the practice, with a background in bankruptcy, immigration, and child welfare matters. Motivated by a desire to help clients navigate intricate legal landscapes, Kimberly was drawn to family law for its complex nature and the opportunity to facilitate meaningful, impactful resolutions.
Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Studies from San Francisco State University and subsequently obtained her paralegal certification from Evergreen Valley College. She joined Flicker Kerin in 2026.
Outside of the office, Kimberly enjoys reading, exploring nature, and spending time with her family, friends, and her cat.
